A beautiful lounge chair designed by Danish designer Erik Andsersen, manufactured by Palle Pedersen in Denmark around 1950.
This wonderful piece has a very nice, organic shape that adds a sense of luxury to the design as well as an impressive seating comfort. Made of high quality teak wood in a warm brown colour, with woven rattan backrest and a newly upholstered cognac leather cushion. It’s the combination of materials together with the impressive finish of the chair, that gives it a warm and most inviting appeal. A fantastic find of mid-century Scandinavian design!
This elegant piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
