This beautiful and very rare lounge chair is a design by Wim den Boon, manufactured in the Netherlands around 1950.
The structure is made of high quality black lacquered wood with a rounded finish and in beautiful, minimalist shape. The seat and back are made of high quality cognac coloured saddle leather. The leather rope connecting the back is a beautiful detail! All together the piece has a beautiful appearance, wonderful seating comfort and exudes modern elegance. The eye-catching, high quality design will definitely be a valuable upgrade to the decor!
The piece has the manufacturer’s label attached as shown in photos.
It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
