A rare “Rock Royal” chair with matching foot stool, designed by Sven Ivar Dysthe and manufactured in Norway around 1960.
Both standing on a high quality wooden base in a nice warm brown colour with a beautiful finish. The seats are upholstered in the original bouclé fabric, in a cream colour which contrasts nicely to the deep colour of the frame. The soft fabric, adjustable seats and additional neck pillow all add nicely to the impressive seating comfort of this beautiful set! The seat of the chair as well as the top of the stool can be adjustsed in position.

The sizes for the stool are W. 45 x D. 40 x H. 40 cm
The set remains in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
