A lovely sideboard, model 26, designed by Hans J. Wegner, manufactured by RY Mobler in Denmark around 1960.
This appealing piece has a minimalist yet modern style. Made of high quality, warm brown teak wood in a rectangular shape with gently tapered legs. It has two sliding doors with nicely finished round handles. The right door reveals one several storage units in the shape of shelves and drawers. The left side reveals two larger storage spaces. This combines to create plenty of storage space to this beautiful piece of Scandinavian design! A highly recognizable design that excels in quality and eye for details as can be expected of iconic Danish designer Wegner.
It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
