A very impressive large arc lamp, designed by Gianni Gamberini & Studio A.R.D.I.T.I and manufactured by Sormani in Italy around 1970.
Designed in a large arc shape of two thin, tubular chrome plated metal bars held by the white marble feet. Two ball shaped hoods can be positioned between the bars, easily adjustable to suit the needs of the interior. All together this combines into a unique and truly beautiful appeal! It’s large size makes the piece especially impressive, a true eye-catcher to any decor looking for something special. The Italian design group A.R.D.I.T.I. earned their fame for their unique designs and innovative ideas. This piece is no exception! A true find of Italian quality design.
It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a fantastic patina.
