A beautiful framed ceramic artwork by Jan Snoeck, manufactured in the Netherlands in the 1990s.

A very nice, colourful artwork that was originally used in the MS Volendam ship and designed by famous Dutch artist Jan Snoeck (1927-2018). Made of beautiful ceramics in bright colours, a tile pattern layer covered with organic shaped, laid in colourful pieces. The bright use of colour as well as it’s playful style is typical for Snoeck’s art. Framed in a golden plated wooden frame, which adds a sense of elegance to this eye-catching piece. Combined with it’s large size this will definitely be an eye-catcher in any interior!

The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. The frame is original and has some signs of use.
